The Stinger portfolio has experienced significant expansion and continues on a strong growth trajectory. We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Manager, Production & Proposal Finance Lead (M5) to oversee both front-end-of-the-business financial activities and production execution finance for the Stinger Launcher product line. This role combines responsibility for proposals, new business investment (NBI), capital planning, and forecasting with leadership of the production finance and program controls team.
This position offers visibility across the product line and significant opportunities to shape strategy, support ongoing production execution, and drive future growth.
This role is being offered as hybrid (onsite/remote) with the preferred candidate being located within a commutable distance to Tucson, AZ or Andover, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do
Lead financial planning across proposals, production execution, forecasting, and investment activities for the Stinger portfolio
Develop and manage BOEs, pricing, risks/opportunities, cash flow models, margin analyses, and all proposal-related financial deliverables
Oversee New Business Investment (NBI), capital planning, and long-range strategic investment alignment
Direct a program controls team overseeing EACs, cost/schedule performance, internal reporting, and CDRL delivery
Perform production financial oversight including material assessments, PRISM/SAP demand loading, and inventory Acquisition Requests (ARs)
Provide timely and comprehensive quantitative analyses to support program, portfolio, and business decision-making
Drive process improvements and standardization across proposal, forecasting, and execution workflows
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and support leadership/customer briefings
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years prior relevant finance experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of finance experience.
Experience leading and developing teams
Experience with Estimates at Complete (EAC)
Experience with APEX, PRISM, Financial Planning, EDIT+, and/or related program execution tools
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Prior experience supporting a high-growth program or product line
Demonstrated leadership, including mentoring or leading analysts
Experience organizing and presenting briefings to senior leadership and customers; with strong communication & ability to frame decision options for senior management
Ability to manage multiple high-visibility efforts under tight deadlines
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset, with experience identifying process gaps and driving successful change

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
