The Pricing Manager is responsible for leading the pricing strategy, governance, and execution across Division. This role partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations to drive profitable growth through data-driven pricing decisions, pricing excellence, and margin optimization initiatives.
The successful candidate will establish pricing frameworks, enhance pricing capabilities, support strategic commercial decisions, and ensure sustainable revenue and profitability growth while maintaining market competitiveness.
Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy and Commercial Excellence (30%)
- Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
- Drive annual pricing planning & monthly pricing forecast and price realization initiatives.
- Connect with cross functions (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support strategic business initiatives including product re-positioning, portfolio optimization, and channel strategies.
Pricing Governance and Execution (25%)
- Establish and maintain pricing governance processes, policies, and approval frameworks.
- Ensure pricing consistency and compliance across business divisions and commercial channels.
- Lead key account pricing reviews and review non-standard pricing requests.
Analytics and Insights (25%)
- Lead pricing analytics and profitability assessments to improve pricing effectiveness.
- Leverage AI to develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor pricing performance.
- Utilize advanced analytics to identify revenue leakage and pricing optimization opportunities.
Team Leadership and Capability Development (20%)
- Build organizational pricing capabilities through training and coaching.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Drive PPI methodologies to improve pricing processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- CPA is preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Pricing, FP&A, or related functions.
- People management experience preferred.
- Experience working within multinational organizations.
- Experience supporting large and complex product portfolios.
