Accountabilities:
- Review and evaluate AI-generated financial analyses, ensuring accuracy, logic, and real-world relevance
- Create and assess finance-related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks across FP&A and related domains
- Apply expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting to validate outputs
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in financial reasoning and calculations
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance and financial understanding
- Evaluate assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions in AI-generated financial models and reports
- Support quality assurance processes for financial datasets and AI training materials
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality evaluation standards and deliverables
- Contribute to improving model accuracy in areas such as business performance analysis and financial controls
- Ensure timely completion of assigned evaluation tasks within project deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Operational Finance, Investment Banking, Quantitative Finance, or related disciplines
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close processes
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to evaluate complex financial models and clearly articulate reasoning
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, or quantitative research is highly desirable
- Familiarity with financial controls, KPI reporting, and business performance analysis
- Exposure to AI, data annotation, model evaluation, or similar analytical projects is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment
- CFA, ACCA, CPA, MBA Finance, or similar certifications are preferred but not mandatory
