We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our Finance team in supporting newly acquired M&A firms. Travel  is required for this position. This role is ideal for someone with billing experience who is interested in travel and enjoys working closely with newly onboarded firms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, take initiative, manage multiple responsibilities, and remain patient in a dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact and bring structure to the onboarding process for new M&A firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the dedicated Billing Analyst for newly acquired firms during the first three months post-acquisition
  • Support billing training during Aprio Week
  • Review and correct inaccurate billing information during the initial three-month onboarding period
  • Conduct virtual open office hours throughout the first three months to support onboarding and billing questions
  • Provide regular updates on training progress and billing activities throughout the onboarding period
  • Coordinate the transition of each acquired firm to its assigned Billing Analyst following the initial three-month onboarding period
  • Identify opportunities to enhance, standardize, and document billing processes and procedures
  • Monthly travel required- possibly up to 50%
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous billing experience required
  • Experience with Practice Engine is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong judgment and effective problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience in a professional services or technology environment is preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
