In this role, you will be a key driver of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering closely with finance leadership to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will own critical components of the corporate financial model and play a central role in shaping how business performance is measured, analyzed, and communicated. This position sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, requiring both strong analytical rigor and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy, enhance reporting, and support executive and board-level decision-making. Accountabilities
- Own and maintain the corporate financial model and integrated P&L, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with business drivers.
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes across COGS and OpEx, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance to identify key trends, risks, opportunities, and underlying business drivers.
- Partner with Accounting and business leaders to ensure accurate reporting, variance analysis, and decision support.
- Develop financial reporting packages for executive leadership, Board presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
- Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc financial deep dives.
- Improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Drive issue resolution across data, reporting, and planning workflows, ensuring financial integrity and consistency.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis roles.
- Strong experience in corporate financial planning, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex models.
- Proven ability to translate large and complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance detailed financial analysis with high-level strategic communication.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Comfortable working with imperfect data and resolving inconsistencies independently.
