VP, Strategic Finance

This leadership role sits at the core of financial strategy, performance management, and executive decision-making within a high-growth technology environment.
You will partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership team to shape long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and business strategy across multiple growth vectors.
The role spans finance, go-to-market strategy, product, and operations, ensuring data-driven alignment across all key business functions.
You will be responsible for translating complex financial data into clear strategic insights that guide investment decisions and operational priorities.
A strong focus is placed on revenue performance, unit economics, and scalable financial frameworks that support sustainable growth.

Accountabilities:
- Lead long-range financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling aligned with company growth and strategic objectives.
- Act as a key advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team on strategic, financial, and operational decisions.
- Drive go-to-market financial strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize revenue growth, efficiency, and performance.
- Own and refine core business metrics including MRR, retention, churn, LTV, CAC, and overall unit economics.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, new market entry, and capital allocation decisions.
- Develop high-impact executive, board, and investor reporting with clear financial narratives and insights.
- Lead and scale high-performing strategic finance and operations teams, ensuring strong talent development and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between financial strategy, product direction, and operational execution.
- 12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or related finance leadership roles.
- Strong background in SaaS or high-growth technology environments with experience supporting business transformation.
- Proven track record of partnering with C-level executives and contributing to board-level and investor communications.
- Deep understanding of GTM strategy, pricing models, and key SaaS metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention, etc.).
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Experience using modern data tools and AI-enabled platforms to enhance financial and business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed, and high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling finance teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for executive audiences.
