As Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-wide financial strategy during a period of significant growth, transformation, and innovation. This executive leadership position is responsible for driving long-term financial planning, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and investment decision-making across a complex healthcare-focused organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to translate operational and financial data into strategic insights that support sustainable expansion and profitability. Accountabilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range financial planning, and enterprise-wide forecasting activities to support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated driver-based financial models that improve forecast accuracy and provide visibility into key operational and financial performance metrics.
- Conduct scenario planning and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business expansion opportunities, and emerging technology investments.
- Partner with operational and product leadership teams to improve profitability, optimize unit economics, and enhance organizational performance.
- Establish, monitor, and refine executive-level financial dashboards and key performance indicators, including revenue growth, margins, EBITDA, cash flow metrics, and operational efficiency measures.
- Provide financial leadership and support for mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
- Evaluate capital investment opportunities through ROI, payback, and business case analysis to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders, enabling informed strategic and operational decision-making.
- Support the organization's transition toward technology-enabled and AI-driven service delivery models through financial planning and performance measurement.
- Lead and mentor finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive-level FP&A role.
- Strong background in healthcare services, revenue cycle management (RCM), health technology, SaaS, BPaaS, or related industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance management.
- Proven experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-transaction performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with FP&A platforms, planning tools, business intelligence solutions, and financial reporting systems.
- Exceptional financial modeling, scenario planning, and analytical capabilities with the ability to simplify complex business challenges.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting structures.
- Strong understanding of operational drivers, profitability metrics, and capital allocation strategies within complex organizations.
- Experience working within global business environments and cross-functional leadership teams is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced financial certification strongly preferred.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic influencing skills.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $250,000, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and market factors.
