This role sits at the core of strategic decision-making within a high-growth SaaS environment, acting as the key finance partner to Revenue and Marketing leadership. You will translate complex business dynamics into clear financial frameworks that guide growth, investment, and resource allocation decisions. The position blends strategic finance, analytics, and GTM expertise to connect marketing spend, sales performance, and customer behavior to revenue outcomes. You will own forecasting models, performance measurement systems, and ROI analysis that directly shape company strategy. Working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Data teams, you will influence how capital is deployed to maximize growth and efficiency. This is a highly visible role that combines deep analytical work with executive-level storytelling and decision support.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead strategic finance partnerships across Revenue and Marketing teams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior GTM leadership.
  • Develop and own financial models linking sales capacity, marketing spend, conversion rates, and retention metrics to ARR growth.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and pacing processes for GTM functions, ensuring alignment with company financial targets.
  • Build robust business cases and scenario models (ROI, LTV/CAC, payback analysis) to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Define and track key GTM KPIs, including CAC, LTV, churn, retention efficiency, and sales productivity.
  • Evaluate marketing and sales performance, partnering with Data, RevOps, and Marketing Ops to validate attribution and spend effectiveness.
  • Support quarterly and annual business reviews with clear insights into growth drivers and efficiency metrics.
  • Partner with Data and BI teams to define data requirements, build datasets, and ensure scalable reporting infrastructure.
  • Write and leverage SQL independently to extract, validate, and analyze financial and operational data.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven and automated solutions to improve forecasting, reporting, and analytical workflows.
  • Foster a data-driven, high-performance finance culture through strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
    • 9+ years of experience, including 6+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or GTM finance in a high-growth or late-stage tech environment.
    • Strong SaaS experience, ideally with exposure to usage-based or hybrid revenue models.
    • Deep understanding of GTM metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, retention cohorts, and funnel conversion analysis.
    • Proven experience partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders on forecasting, spend optimization, and performance strategy.
    • Strong technical and analytical skills, including advanced Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau), and SQL proficiency.
    • Ability to work directly with raw data, build and validate datasets, and identify data integrity issues.
    • Excellent business partnering and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Strong storytelling ability with data, simplifying complex financial insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
