This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP FICO SR based in Brazil.
This senior SAP FICO support role focuses on ensuring the stability and continuity of financial operations within a complex, global SAP ECC environment.
You will act as a key functional expert supporting Finance and Controlling processes across FI, CO, and FSCM modules in an AMS/production support setting.
The role is critical to maintaining smooth financial operations, including month-end and year-end closing activities, banking processes, and reconciliations.
You will collaborate closely with technical and business teams across multiple geographies, including Canada and other international hubs.
A strong focus will be placed on incident resolution, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement of financial system performance.
This position offers exposure to large-scale global operations with high complexity and strong integration across multiple systems.

Accountabilities:
- Provide L2/L3 AMS and production support for SAP ECC FI, CO, and FSCM modules, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
- Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Support core financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and banking operations.
- Monitor interfaces, IDocs, jobs, and system integrations to ensure smooth data flow across SAP and external systems.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ABAP, Basis, MM, SD, and external systems such as Workday.
- Contribute to audit, compliance activities, and preparation of functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing financial processes and system performance.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with strong focus on AMS and production support environments.
- Solid expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, bank accounting, payments, reconciliations, FBZP, F110, EBS, DME).
- Strong knowledge of SAP CO including cost center accounting, internal orders, COPA, product costing, and allocations.
- Experience with SAP FSCM modules including credit management, collections, dispute management, and cash management.
- Proven experience with integrations across MM, SD, PP/PS, Workday, IDocs, and external systems.
- Strong knowledge of month-end/year-end closing processes, audit, compliance, and financial controls.
- Experience with RCA, RICEFW, BAPIs, enhancements, and support tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Advanced English proficiency for daily interaction with global teams across North America, Canada, and India.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills in SLA-driven environments.
- Experience in North American operations, SAP ChaRM, or tax frameworks such as GST/QST is a plus.
