This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer (Senior Frontend Engineer – Angular) based in Brazil.

In this role, you will help shape and deliver high-impact web experiences that power complex fleet and mobility management solutions used at scale. You will work at the intersection of frontend engineering and platform thinking, building intuitive, performant, and reliable applications that support real-time financial and operational decision-making. Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using modern frameworks, ensuring robust and responsive user experiences across platforms.
  • Build and evolve shared component libraries and design system foundations that ensure consistency and reusability across multiple applications.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define system architecture, technical approaches, and end-to-end solution alignment.
  • Implement automated testing strategies across multiple layers (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure stability, reliability, and code quality.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and scalability challenges, and drive continuous improvements across the frontend ecosystem.
  • Participate in code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and maintain high standards of maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Support production systems through monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis to ensure service reliability.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and deployment processes to accelerate delivery and improve engineering efficiency.
  • Take ownership of technical initiatives as a lead contributor, supporting cross-team alignment and unblocking engineering delivery.
  • Requirements

    This role requires solid experience in frontend engineering within complex, production-scale environments, along with strong collaboration skills and a product-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern web development, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to work across teams in agile environments.

    • 5–8+ years of software engineering experience, with strong focus on frontend development in enterprise or large-scale systems.
    • Strong proficiency with Angular (preferred) or React, along with advanced knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SASS.
    • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and scalable frontend architecture.
    • Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
    • Strong understanding of web security principles, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
    • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and Git-based workflows.
    • Familiarity with cloud-native environments and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud providers).
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience contributing to design systems, UI scalability, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance optimization is a plus.
