Working directly with healthcare providers, you will deliver training, education, and workflow optimization support that helps maximize system performance and improve patient care outcomes. Accountabilities
- Deliver comprehensive on-site application training and education for Digital Radiography (DR) systems, ensuring successful adoption and utilization by clinical users.
- Provide workflow consultation and clinical guidance to help customers optimize imaging procedures, improve efficiency, and expand clinical capabilities.
- Support system implementations, software updates, upgrades, and new application deployments across customer sites.
- Respond to customer inquiries and application-related issues, providing both on-site and remote support to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with research, product, and customer relationship teams by sharing customer feedback, workflow insights, and troubleshooting expertise.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, educational materials, and application-focused learning initiatives.
- Support sales activities through product demonstrations, clinical presentations, case preparation, and image review sessions with healthcare professionals.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, technical expertise, and ongoing application support.
- Contribute to the onboarding and coaching of new team members while promoting best practices across the applications organization.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, radiation safety, and operational standards while working in healthcare environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, Digital Radiography, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical and/or technical experience within the medical imaging industry.
- ARRT certification or equivalent Digital Radiography modality certification required.
- Strong knowledge of digital radiography workflows, imaging procedures, and clinical applications.
- Experience providing clinical training, user education, or application support within healthcare environments.
- Comfortable working directly with patients, technologists, radiologists, and clinical staff in hospital and imaging center settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn specialized imaging software, applications, and training technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience supporting imaging equipment demonstrations and clinical evaluations is highly desirable.
- Interventional Radiology (IR) experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel, with more than 75% travel throughout the United States.
- Ability to work safely in environments that may include magnetic field exposure and radiation-controlled areas while adhering to all applicable safety protocols.
