This role is focused on designing and executing patient recruitment strategies that directly support the success of global clinical trials. You will play a key part in ensuring that the right patients are identified, engaged, and supported throughout the enrollment journey. The position combines strategic planning, data analysis, and hands-on outreach across multiple channels including digital platforms, healthcare networks, and community organizations. You will collaborate closely with clinical research teams, investigators, and external partners to improve enrollment efficiency and retention. Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end patient recruitment and retention strategies tailored to specific clinical trials and study objectives.
  • Partner with clinical research teams to define target patient populations and develop effective outreach and engagement approaches.
  • Execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns using digital marketing, social media, healthcare provider networks, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and community organizations to support recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct market and patient research to understand barriers, needs, and motivations influencing clinical trial participation.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics, analyze data trends, and adjust strategies to optimize enrollment outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to patients throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive and informed experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance patient access to clinical research opportunities.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related scientific discipline.
    • Strong experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, or related healthcare engagement roles.
    • Proven ability to design and execute successful recruitment or outreach strategies in clinical or healthcare settings.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with patients, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and apply data-driven insights.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and multi-channel outreach strategies.
    • Strong understanding of the clinical trial process and patient journey in research studies.
