We are now looking for a seasoned bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to embed with one of our clients and be the driving force behind their hiring in the French market.

What You'll Be Doing:
Full-Cycle Hiring: You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle across various functions, both tech and non-tech.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: You will act as a true consultant and partner to hiring managers. You will confidently navigate complex requirements, align expectations, and drive hiring decisions.
Market Exploration & Sourcing: You will map out the local French talent landscape, building pipelines through the right channels and advising hiring managers on talent availability.
Process Excellence: You will design, refine, and execute structured recruitment processes that ensure a seamless, fast, and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Who You Are:
Experienced TA Professional: You bring a successful track record at the mid-to-senior level, comfortable recruiting across multiple functions with a distinct strength in tech hiring.
Master Communicator & Advisor: You possess super strong stakeholder management skills. You know how to push back constructively, guide leaders, and build trusted partnerships with demanding hiring managers.
Local Market Expert: You communicate seamlessly in both French and English on a daily basis, and deeply understand the regional talent dynamics.
