Senior Network Recruiter

This role focuses on building and scaling a nationwide network of physician peer clinical reviewers supporting quality of care and utilization management initiatives.
You will recruit across a wide range of specialties, from primary care to highly complex subspecialties such as neurosurgery and genetics.
The position blends strategic sourcing, relationship building, and high-volume outreach in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will engage physicians through warm and cold outreach, guiding them through onboarding with clarity and professionalism.
A key part of the role involves negotiating engagement terms while ensuring alignment between provider capabilities and organizational needs.
You will help maintain a ready-to-deploy clinical reviewer network that directly supports healthcare decision-making at scale.

Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute innovative physician sourcing strategies, including digital outreach, specialty-focused campaigns, and direct engagement to attract diverse clinical reviewers.
- Recruit and engage physicians across general practice and highly specialized fields to meet nationwide utilization management and quality review needs.
- Build and maintain a scalable pipeline of providers to ensure consistent network readiness and coverage across specialties.
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective and active providers, managing communication via phone and email with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Lead onboarding coordination, ensuring accurate completion of applications, credentialing steps, and required documentation.
- Negotiate contract terms and rates with providers while balancing quality, cost-effectiveness, and organizational needs.
- Monitor network capacity, identify specialty gaps, track performance metrics, and support continuous process improvements and internal initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, or healthcare professionals in contract-based, locum tenens, peer review, or utilization management settings.
- Proven success recruiting across multiple specialties, including hard-to-fill and highly specialized physician roles.
- Strong understanding of physician credentials, board certifications, subspecialties, and credentialing processes.
- Experience in provider negotiation, outreach, and contract discussions.
- Excellent sourcing, cold-calling, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, provider-focused approach.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $29.18 to $36.49/hr based on experience and skill level.
