This is a high-impact, full-lifecycle recruiting role within a fast-scaling, product-driven organization building software for critical real-world industries. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams, helping shape how the company grows at every level. The role blends sourcing, candidate assessment, and hiring strategy, with significant ownership over top-of-funnel generation and candidate experience. You will be expected to move quickly between different hiring needs, from senior technical roles to cross-functional business positions, while maintaining strong quality and consistency. This is a highly visible position where judgment, speed, and communication directly influence the company’s ability to scale effectively. You will work closely with leadership in a high-trust, high-expectation environment where recruiting is considered a core driver of success.

Accountabilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions including engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market roles depending on business priorities.
  • Drive top-of-funnel strategy through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and creative candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct structured, high-quality recruiter screens that assess technical and non-technical talent while generating strong candidate interest in the company’s mission and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and refine hiring strategies based on market insights.
  • Manage candidates through the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer stage.
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, sourcing strategies, and interview processes to increase efficiency and hiring quality.
  • Represent the organization externally in a compelling, authentic way to attract and close top-tier talent.
  • Contribute to a high-performance recruiting culture grounded in ownership, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:

    • 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to technical hiring in software or technology-driven environments.
    • Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates across competitive talent markets.
    • Strong interviewing skills with excellent judgment in evaluating technical ability, cultural alignment, and overall fit.
    • Ability to quickly understand new domains and translate ambiguous hiring needs into clear sourcing strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
    • High ownership mindset with a track record of accountability and proactive problem-solving.
    • Ability to give and receive direct feedback and continuously improve recruiting performance and craft.
