Technical Recruiter
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Canada.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role within a fast-growing, product-driven organization building software that powers critical real-world industries. You will operate as a key partner to hiring managers across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams, helping shape how the organization scales across North and South America. The role blends sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring execution, with strong ownership over top-of-funnel generation and pipeline quality. You will move fluidly across different types of roles and domains, from technical engineering searches to cross-functional business hiring, often in rapidly evolving contexts. Success in this role requires strong judgment, curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to quickly ramp into new problem spaces. This is a highly visible position where recruiting is treated as a core driver of company growth, with direct exposure to leadership and meaningful influence on how teams are built.
Accountabilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, including engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market functions depending on business needs.

- Conduct high-quality recruiter screens that assess skills, motivations, and fit while effectively representing the company and opportunity.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and refine sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Manage candidates through the full interview lifecycle, ensuring a consistent, transparent, and high-quality candidate experience.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, sourcing methods, tools, and workflows to increase hiring efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to closing top-tier candidates by clearly communicating the opportunity and building strong candidate relationships.
- Support a culture of high standards, feedback, accountability, and continuous learning within the talent function.
- 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to technical recruiting in software or technology environments.
- Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates across competitive talent markets.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with sound judgment in evaluating both technical and behavioral fit.
- Ability to quickly understand new domains and translate ambiguous hiring needs into effective search strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- High ownership mindset with a strong sense of accountability and quality standards.
- Openness to feedback, with a continuous drive to improve recruiting craft and performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience
- Remote-first and flexible work environment across North America
- Opportunity to recruit across a wide variety of technical and business functions
- High-impact role with direct access to leadership and meaningful influence on company growth
- Strong learning and development opportunities in a fast-scaling organization
