As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will oversee the implementation of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs for Mexico & CAMCAR, ensuring business alignment, compliance, and effective communication of policies. You will lead process improvement initiatives aligned with global HR priorities and company strategy. Acting as project owner, you will drive goals and foster collaboration within project teams. This role reports to the Total Rewards Manager for Mexico & CAMCAR.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs, policies, and processes in collaboration with local teams, HRBPs, and Global Total Rewards for Latin America.

  • Manage compensation processes for Mexico and CAMCAR, ensuring budget alignment, policy compliance, and proper evaluation and approval of any exceptions.

  • Oversee performance and bonus cycles, ensuring accurate processing, leadership alignment, and timely communication and system updates.

  • Develop and deliver effective communications to ensure HRBPs and leadership clearly understand total rewards programs, policies, and processes.

  • Participate in market surveys, analyze compensation and benefits data, and provide recommendations to maintain competitiveness across Mexico and CAMCAR while coordinating with Finance for accurate incentive accruals.

  • Support benefits administration and vendor management, ensuring compliance, efficient operations, accurate billing, and continuous improvement, while contributing to total rewards projects and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience in Total Rewards processes.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or broader HR operations.

  • Practical experience using HR systems and supporting the development, implementation, or enhancement of policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in virtual environments and collaborate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
