Finished Product Analyst

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing personnel, equipment, and production processes to ensure the safe, efficient, and quality-driven operation of the assigned area. This role supports the achievement of departmental objectives through effective resource management, employee engagement, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and supervise production personnel to achieve safety, quality, and production targets.
  • Promote compliance with Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and Psychosocial Risk Factors (NOM-035) policies.
  • Manage department resources, including personnel, machinery, and equipment.
  • Monitor and drive performance against key production, quality, waste, and safety metrics.
  • Support Plant Optimization (PO) initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, work regulations, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and support equipment reliability initiatives.
  • Administer personnel activities, attendance, and incident management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
