This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of business strategy and people operations, partnering closely with executive GTM leaders in a fast-scaling, global, remote-first organization. The role is designed for a highly experienced HR leader who can balance strategic advisory work with hands-on execution in complex and evolving environments. It plays a critical part in shaping organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience at scale. The position requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and brings strong judgment to sensitive people and organizational challenges. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, this leader will influence how teams are built, how performance is managed, and how culture evolves during rapid growth. The environment is data-driven, operationally complex, and deeply focused on building high-performing, distributed teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a strategic People Business Partner to senior GTM leadership, aligning people strategies with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives to support scaling across global teams.
  • Drive performance management frameworks, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Act as a culture and leadership advisor, strengthening organizational effectiveness, accountability, and employee experience.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, escalations, and organizational risk in partnership with Legal and leadership teams.
  • Use people analytics and workforce data to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve organizational outcomes.
  • Support change management initiatives, including AI-enabled ways of working and evolving operating models.
  • Coach and develop leaders to improve management capability, team performance, and decision-making effectiveness.
  • Requirements:

    • 15+ years of progressive HRBP or HR leadership experience, preferably in high-growth, global technology organizations.
    • Proven experience partnering with senior GTM leaders across distributed, remote-first environments.
    • Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development.
    • Deep experience managing employee relations, sensitive investigations, and complex organizational change.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into scalable people strategies.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights for decision-making.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted advisory relationships.
    • Experience coaching executives and senior leaders through change, performance, and transformation.
    • Familiarity with modern HR practices, including AI-enabled tools and evolving operating models, is strongly preferred.
