This role sits within a global HR lifecycle function supporting international clients across multiple jurisdictions. It focuses on managing complex employee exits while ensuring full legal compliance and delivering a smooth, respectful experience for employees and customers. You will act as a key advisor on employee relations matters, helping navigate sensitive workplace situations and ensuring consistent application of policies. The position operates in a highly global, fast-paced, and fully remote environment spanning EMEA and APAC regions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, payroll, benefits, and customer success to ensure seamless lifecycle operations. This is a high-impact role where accuracy, judgment, and communication directly influence employee experience and compliance outcomes worldwide.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high-quality experience for all stakeholders involved.
  • Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, redundancies, employment contracts, and related HR matters while ensuring alignment with local labor laws and best practices.
  • Lead and support employee relations discussions, including consultations, hearings, and separation processes, ensuring fair, compliant, and well-documented outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, payroll, benefits, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of employee exits and lifecycle events.
  • Draft, review, and administer termination and HR documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity within HR systems.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations queries, conducting preliminary assessments and guiding stakeholders through appropriate next steps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle processes, automation, and service delivery to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in HR roles such as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with strong exposure to full employee lifecycle management.
    • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with strong attention to compliance, sensitivity, and stakeholder management.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law principles across multiple jurisdictions and ability to operate in complex, global environments.
    • Solid understanding of employee relations practices, including disciplinary processes, workplace issues, and basic investigation principles.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and effectively.
    • Experience working in remote, asynchronous, and tech-enabled environments with strong adaptability to digital HR systems and tools.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret policies, assess complex situations, and provide clear, practical recommendations.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
