Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in India.

This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience within a fast-paced global recruiting environment. You will support end-to-end recruitment operations, helping coordinate interviews, manage communications, and maintain data accuracy across applicant tracking systems. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organization, and working closely with recruiters and candidates across multiple time zones. You will contribute to the efficiency of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting global hiring needs, particularly across US and UK time zones. The environment is dynamic, detail-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong exposure to international hiring processes. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in recruitment operations and HR coordination within a scaling global organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including job postings, offer letter coordination, reporting, and document organization.
  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, including updates, follow-ups, and assessment coordination.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and process efficiency.
  • Support recruiters and coordinators in improving workflows, documentation, and recruitment processes.
  • Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding coordination in collaboration with People Operations teams.
  • Provide occasional support for onsite or virtual interview logistics, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Requirements:

    • 1–3+ years of experience in HR coordination, Talent Acquisition support, recruitment operations, or People Operations roles.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity and professionalism.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate-facing communications and data.
    • Ability to work night shifts or support US/UK time zones (IST evening/night hours).
    • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
    • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn recruitment operations tools and processes.
