This role sits at the heart of the employee experience, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
You will support employees and managers by resolving HR inquiries, managing key transactions, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
The position plays a critical role in onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and HR data accuracy within core systems.
You will collaborate closely with teams such as Payroll, IT, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless operational continuity.

You will also contribute to process improvements, helping streamline workflows and enhance self-service tools.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR operations inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation of employee and manager requests.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, terminations, and related documentation.
  • Execute HR transactions with accuracy in HR systems (including Workday), ensuring compliance with established processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, IT, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to resolve operational issues and maintain service continuity.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, supporting automation efforts, and enhancing workflows.
  • Maintain and update HR knowledge content, job aids, and self-service resources to improve employee experience.
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and recurring HR programs such as performance cycles and policy rollouts.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination for U.S.-based employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant start experience (including I-9 requirements).
  • Support immigration tracking, documentation, and coordination in partnership with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR shared services, or HR systems support.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including transactions, workflows, and data validation.
    • Proven experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced HR environment.
    • Familiarity with HR compliance, audits, and operational reporting.
    • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Customer-service mindset with a strong focus on employee experience and responsiveness.
    • Experience with U.S. onboarding processes, including employment eligibility verification (I-9).
    • Exposure to immigration coordination processes is a plus.
    • Experience with HR ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and HR knowledge platforms or AI-enabled tools is preferred.
