Global Talent & Operations Specialist

This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling, globally distributed AI-driven organization, where hiring speed, precision, and proactivity are critical to growth. You will own end-to-end talent operations, driving recruitment across multiple regions and ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship management. The position requires a strong ability to operate in ambiguity, build structure independently, and move quickly across competing priorities. You will actively leverage AI tools and automation to scale sourcing, outreach, and pipeline development. Beyond hiring, you will also manage offer coordination, contract execution, and onboarding handoffs in collaboration with internal stakeholders. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, non-corporate environments and enjoys building scalable talent systems from the ground up.
Accountabilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and global regions, from sourcing and screening to offer and contract completion
- Execute high-volume, proactive talent outreach across LinkedIn, direct channels, and AI-enabled sourcing platforms
- Build and maintain warm, pre-qualified talent pipelines to support rapid hiring needs
- Engage and nurture candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure strong candidate experience and conversion
- Manage offer structuring, contract coordination, and documentation through to final signature
- Oversee onboarding handoff by coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring smooth transition of new hires
- Leverage AI tools and automation to scale sourcing, enrichment, and outreach efforts
- Continuously improve talent workflows and bring structure to fast-changing hiring priorities
- 4–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent operations in high-growth startups or agencies
- Proven experience managing global hiring across multiple regions and time zones
- Strong proficiency in AI-powered sourcing tools and recruitment automation (mandatory mindset and usage)
- Highly proactive, driven, and comfortable building pipelines ahead of demand
- Strong ability to operate in fast-changing, ambiguous, and unstructured environments
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles including offers and onboarding handoffs
- Familiarity with contractor, EOR, or global employment models is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring processes
