GTM Recruiter
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Recruiter based in Spain.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a global go-to-market recruiting function inside a fast-growing AI-driven organization. You will be responsible for shaping how top-tier commercial, product, and technical talent is hired across multiple regions, including the US, EU, and LATAM. Operating in a high-velocity environment, you will work closely with founders and leadership to define hiring strategy, improve candidate experience, and directly influence company growth. The role requires strong ownership, speed, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while building scalable recruitment systems from the ground up. You will have end-to-end responsibility across the hiring lifecycle, with immediate visibility into the impact of your decisions. This is a highly hands-on position where execution speed and quality of talent directly shape the company’s trajectory.
Accountabilities:
- Build and execute a global GTM and cross-functional recruitment strategy covering engineering, AI/ML, product, commercial, and leadership hiring needs.
- Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing top-tier candidates across competitive markets.
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and market positioning.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent beyond inbound channels.
- Develop and continuously improve structured recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
- Establish pipeline tracking, recruiting analytics, and reporting systems to monitor performance and optimize hiring outcomes.
- Drive consistent improvement of hiring quality and speed while maintaining a high bar for talent.
- Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth startups or fast-scaling tech environments.
- Proven ability to build or significantly scale recruiting functions, including processes, ATS workflows, and sourcing strategies.
- Strong track record of hiring across GTM, technical, and leadership roles in competitive talent markets.
- High agency, strong ownership mindset, and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-intensity environments.
- Deep sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive, high-quality candidates using creative methods.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to improve recruiting effectiveness and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with rapidly changing priorities and high expectations.
- Strong execution speed combined with attention to detail and candidate experience excellence.
- Base salary ranging from $50,000 – $100,000 USD
- Equity compensation ranging from $15,000 – $35,000 USD
