Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator based in the United States.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity focused on supporting end-to-end recruiting operations and ensuring a smooth, high-quality candidate experience. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, reviewing resumes, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and supporting communication across candidates and hiring stakeholders. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured coordination work, strong attention to detail, and contributing to a fast-moving recruiting function. You will collaborate closely with recruiting leadership to keep hiring processes organized, efficient, and responsive. In addition to coordination, you will assist with sourcing support, documentation, and reporting activities that help improve overall recruiting effectiveness. This position offers meaningful exposure to talent acquisition operations while maintaining a flexible part-time schedule.

Accountabilities:

  • Review incoming resumes and identify candidates aligned with role requirements.
  • Manage candidate workflows and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings when needed to support recruiter workload.
  • Prepare offer letters and supporting recruitment documentation as required.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles and proposal-driven hiring needs.
  • Support recruiting reporting, metrics tracking, and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate pipelines and hiring records.
  • Requirements:

    • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or administrative support.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
    • Experience using an ATS (preferably JazzHR or similar) is strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn or job boards is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
    • Ability to maintain consistent weekly availability during standard business hours (Monday–Friday).
