We are in a moment of real change.
Our Talent Acquisition team is evolving from coordination to true partnership. We are building more rigor into how we assess talent, creating better alignment before every search, and raising the quality of decision-making across the process. We are also embracing better systems, automations, and AI-enabled workflows so our team can spend less time on low-value execution and more time on judgment. If you care about hiring quality, love technical recruiting, and want to help shape what great looks like, this role is built for you.
Partner with hiring managers from intake meeting to offer, with a strong focus on alignment, judgment, and hiring quality.
Own the Success Profile for every search, defining what strong performance looks like in business terms, not just in requirements.
Recruit for highly technical teams across areas such as Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Platform, and other deeply technical organizations.
Build real fluency in the divisions you support so you can operate as a credible partner, not just a process owner.
Run structured, high-quality interview processes with clear dimension ownership, strong calibration, and no duplication or blind spots.
Identify friction in the funnel, use data and pattern recognition to diagnose bottlenecks, and drive practical improvements that scale.
Help build better ways of working through stronger frameworks, reusable assets, and thoughtful use of automation.
Raise the standard of how hiring decisions get made.
Strong experience, recruiting for highly technical roles and teams, with the ability to have credible conversations about scope, seniority, and talent quality.
Sound judgment and a clear quality bar mindset.
A highly curious person who wants to go deep into technical domains rather than staying at surface level.
A rigorous, methodical operator who brings structure, clarity, and consistency to their work.
Strong stakeholder partnership skills and the confidence to push back when quality is at risk.
A builder mindset: someone who does not just run workflows, but improves them.
A project-oriented profile, with genuine interest in building, improving, or adopting automations and AI-enabled workflows. Deep prior AI expertise is not required.
Excellent communication in English.
You will help shape how dLocal hires next, not just execute what already exists.
You will have real ownership over your domains, your process, and your impact.

You will be part of a TA team that cares deeply about quality and is actively raising the bar.
