We’re hiring a Director, Legal (Corporate and M&A) to lead day-to-day corporate legal workstreams across M&A, joint ventures, equity fundraisings, restructurings, subsidiary governance, employee equity, and other strategic transactions.
This role sits within the corporate legal team as one of the lead corporate counsels reporting to the SVP, Corporate and M&A. You’ll work closely with Corporate Development, the CFO, CEO, Tax, Treasury, Finance, People, and the Governance and Corporate Secretary function, providing legal leadership across complex, multi-stream transactions and governance matters.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape corporate execution at one of the most active AI infrastructure companies. Your work will help Nscale scale its international structure, execute strategic deals effectively, and build a more systematised corporate legal function as the business continues to grow.
