The Opportunity
The Principal Product Legal Counsel will play a crucial role in the legal review and guidance of new and existing products, services, and features. Within Booking Holdings, an enhanced and more connected B2B business is being built within Booking Holdings consolidating the businesses of Booking.com, Priceline and Agoda into a single global division (“New B2B Business”). This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce, technology laws and ability to navigate a cross-jurisdictional regulatory environment. The ideal candidate will possess a data-driven and pragmatic approach to legal issues combined with a strong understanding of risk management, ensuring compliance while supporting the company's growth objectives.
