Social Media Manager
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Social Media Manager to strengthen their brand presence, amplify thought leadership, and engage executive audiences through compelling and data-driven content.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for owning and growing the organization's social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and executive thought leadership. The Social Media Manager will translate complex research, compensation insights, and labor economics content into engaging, accessible, and brand-aligned social media content that resonates with executive audiences. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical marketing professional who enjoys storytelling, content strategy, audience growth, community engagement, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
Own social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop and manage the social media content calendar.
Create content plans aligned with thought leadership initiatives and business objectives.
Ensure consistent content publishing and audience engagement.
Support brand growth through strategic social media initiatives.
Thought Leadership & Content Development
Translate technical research, compensation insights, and labor economics content into accessible social media content.
Create engaging posts, graphics, and short-form content that align with brand messaging.
Partner with subject matter experts to source and develop content ideas.
Amplify thought leadership initiatives and newsletter content.
Ensure content maintains a consistent and professional brand voice.
Community Engagement & Audience Growth
Manage day-to-day social media engagement activities.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Build relationships with executive audiences and industry stakeholders.
Support audience growth and follower engagement initiatives.
Foster meaningful conversations across social channels.
Campaign Support & Brand Management
Support integrated campaigns related to thought leadership, newsletters, events, and firm initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media content.
Collaborate with design resources to ensure visual alignment.
Support content promotion and awareness-building initiatives.
Contribute to broader marketing and communications objectives.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
Monitor audience growth, engagement, reach, and content effectiveness.
Develop recurring performance reports and recommendations.
Use performance data to refine content strategy and publishing cadence.
Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring
Monitor social media platform updates and industry trends.
Stay informed about B2B marketing and thought leadership best practices.
Analyze competitor activity and content performance trends.
Recommend innovative content ideas and engagement opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of social media initiatives.
Qualifications Experience
4+ years of social media management experience.
Experience supporting B2B, consulting, professional services, financial services, or similar organizations preferred.
Proven track record of growing engaged social media audiences.
Experience managing social media strategy and content calendars.
Experience developing thought leadership content.
Experience analyzing and reporting on social media performance metrics.
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Qualifications Skills
Strong content creation, writing, and editing skills.
Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging and accessible content.
Experience with LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar social media management platforms.
Strong understanding of social media strategy and audience development.
