As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking a Construction & Operations Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring recruiting processes remain organized, efficient, and effective. Role Overview
The Construction & Operations Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple positions within the organization. The Construction & Operations Recruiter will source candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, manage hiring pipelines, support hiring decisions, and ensure candidates move efficiently through the recruitment process. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building candidate relationships, and can independently manage recruiting initiatives from sourcing through offer stage.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously across operations, project management, administration, construction, restoration, and support functions.
Create and post job advertisements across relevant recruiting platforms.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage recruiting activities throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Support leadership in filling critical positions efficiently.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and industry-specific channels.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates when appropriate.
Identify qualified talent across multiple functional areas.
Support ongoing talent attraction initiatives.
Screening & Evaluation
Conduct initial phone and video interviews.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
Assess candidate suitability for specific roles and team environments.
Present qualified candidates to leadership with recommendations and supporting notes.
Support hiring decision-making through candidate evaluation processes.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Ensure candidates move efficiently through recruiting stages.
Coordinate scheduling logistics and stakeholder availability.
Support a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Hiring Process Management
Track candidate progress throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Maintain organized recruiting pipelines and candidate records.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to maintain hiring momentum.
Coordinate references, offers, and onboarding logistics as needed.
Ensure recruiting activities remain organized and timely.
Recruiting Reporting & Organization
Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate databases.
Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, interview conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
Provide regular hiring updates and recruiting reports to leadership.
Maintain visibility into recruiting performance and hiring progress.
Support continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and processes.
Qualifications Experience
3+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for operational, construction, restoration, project management, skilled professional, or similar roles preferred.
Experience managing multiple active requisitions simultaneously.
Experience conducting candidate sourcing and outreach initiatives.
Experience managing recruiting processes from sourcing through offer stage.
Experience conducting phone and video interviews.
Experience coordinating interviews and hiring workflows.
Experience maintaining recruiting pipelines and candidate databases.
Experience supporting hiring managers and leadership teams throughout the recruiting process.
Qualifications Skills
