YOUR MISSION

  • Support the planning and execution of global Sportstyle BU marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on sell‑in readiness and seasonal franchise activation

  • Support the development of positioning, consumer target definition and marketing strategy for selected seasonal BU key initiatives

  • Work cross functionally on the execution of BU sell‑in deliverables, including global sell‑in presentations, tools and seasonal marketing assets

  • Brief and manage deliverables with the internal creative agency, supporting the development and approval of sell‑in copy, creative direction and video assets for assigned initiatives

  • Support the operational and logistical execution of sell‑in photoshoots, including sample transportation, collection and delivery

  • Manage the execution and maintenance of seasonal franchise marketing playbooks, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely updates

  • Support the Lead BU Marketing Sportstyle in translating global category and franchise strategies into concrete seasonal execution plans

  • Own day‑to‑day project management for assigned category and franchise initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are met

  • Act as a key cross‑functional point of contact for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment across Product, GTM, Creative, Production and Marketing teams

  • Support regional and channel marketing teams with clear tools, guidance and content to enable effective implementation of global seasonal franchise strategies.

YOUR TALENT

  • 2–4 years of experience in category marketing, brand marketing or integrated marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or sportstyle categories

  • Experience supporting the development of seasonal or annual category marketing plans

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and timelines

  • Hands‑on experience working with creative assets, sell‑in tools, and seasonal marketing deliverables

  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a cross‑functional, global marketing environment.
