YOUR MISSION

  • Perform daily accounting operations, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Process employee expense claims, vendor invoices, and payments accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Monitor accounts payable balances and support cash flow planning
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, management reports, and ad-hoc analyses
  • Support tax compliance activities, including VAT, CIT, PIT, foreign contractor tax, and other statutory filings
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and support internal and external audits
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
     

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 year of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational company environment
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability. Strong teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Business partnering orientation with a proactive and hands-on approach
