Job Description
The Client Marketing Manager will drive localized marketing strategies and end-to-end campaigns that fuel growth for key partners and clients in Qatar. This strategic role blends account management, data-informed lifecycle marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Partnership: Act as a collaborative marketing consultant to build joint annual roadmaps that align client business goals with growth priorities.
Program and Campaign Execution: Drive end-to-end management and execution of marketing campaigns and programs with key partners and work closely with Media, Creative and digital agency partners
Portfolio Lifecycle: Manage payment products with a brand manager’s mindset—designing full-funnel (acquisition, activation, retention) campaigns to drive key consumer habits.
Asset Activation: Localize regional/global marketing assets and build high-value partner ecosystems with local merchants, digital platforms, and entertainment brands.
Commercial Operations: Coordinate with key stakeholders across Product, Legal, and agencies to deliver projects, manage budgets and track metrics.
Market Localization: Tailor all campaign strategies to the Qatar consumer landscape, local regulatory requirements, and seasonal spend cycles.

Qualifications
Professional Experience: 6-8 years in Marketing, Brand Management or Account Management in Financial Services, Fintech, retail banking, payment networks, Telecoms, FMCG, or marketing agencies handling financial clients.
Strategic Thinker: With strong commercial and Business Acumen and capable of working independently to own deliverables, drive objectives to deliver end to end campaigns flawlessly.
Data led marketers: skilled in optimization, performance marketing, automation tools, hands-on experience in portfolio marketing, campaign planning, localized positioning, and lifecycle execution.
Project and Stakeholder Management: able to enforce the right rigor with proven track record of managing agency outputs. Collaborative relationship builder able to build the right relationships among all stakeholders
Regional Expertise: Fluent in English and Arabic with deep familiarity with the Qatar consumer landscape, local banking ecosystem, and regional media trends
