Growth Marketing, Sr. Associate (Contractor)

This is a high-ownership growth marketing role focused on expanding and testing new paid acquisition channels across emerging digital ecosystems. You will work closely with senior growth leaders to identify, launch, and scale non-traditional marketing platforms, from programmatic DSPs to community-driven environments such as Reddit and other emerging ad networks. The role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, experimentation, and analytics, where speed of learning and rigor in measurement are equally important. You will play a key role in building the next generation of acquisition channels across multiple consumer financial products, contributing directly to user growth at scale. Operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, you will translate data into insights and insights into action. This is a contract role offering significant autonomy, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to shape early-stage channel strategy.
Accountabilities:
- Support the design and execution of a structured testing roadmap across new and emerging paid media channels, including programmatic DSPs, Reddit, Snapchat, and other non-traditional platforms.
- Own day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization across experimental acquisition channels.
- Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate ad assets tailored to unique platform environments.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define test design, measure incrementality, and evaluate lift across experiments.
- Monitor and report on performance KPIs, translating campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Maintain organized documentation of experiments, learnings, and optimization strategies to build institutional knowledge.
- Continuously scan the digital advertising landscape to identify new platforms and growth opportunities.
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on at least one paid media platform (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, The Trade Desk, or similar).
- Familiarity with mobile measurement and attribution tools such as Adjust or AppsFlyer; exposure to MMM is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and disciplined execution habits.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to summarize experiments and insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity about emerging digital channels and a strong interest in experimentation and growth innovation.
- Comfortable working in a highly iterative, test-and-learn environment with evolving priorities.
