Marketing Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Executive based in Switzerland.

This role sits within a fast-paced international marketing environment where you will support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across different business units and vendor ecosystems. You will play a key role in turning marketing plans into impactful, on-time, and on-budget executions that drive measurable business results. The position involves close collaboration with marketing managers, internal teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth campaign delivery and consistent messaging. You will contribute to content creation, campaign coordination, reporting, and performance analysis. Accountabilities:

Support the execution of marketing and communications plans by working closely with marketing managers and cross-functional teams:

  • Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, coordinating tasks and tracking progress across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal MarComms teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Contribute to copywriting, content editing, and creative briefing for marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Support the production of ROI and performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Requirements:

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional with strong coordination and communication skills:

    • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Fluent level of English, both written and spoken.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Creativity and initiative to contribute to campaign ideas and improvements.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage suppliers and internal stakeholders effectively.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Experience in IT distribution, marketing agencies, or similar environments is a plus.
