  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to drive technical decision-making, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of complex MarTech initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of software development or technical engineering experience.
    • 5+ years of experience integrating third-party systems and designing ETL-based solutions.
    • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with CDPs, specifically Tealium or Mixpanel.
    • Proven experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders in a consulting or solutions-focused role.
    • Strong experience designing and implementing CDP or marketing automation architectures across the full lifecycle.
    • Experience working with APIs and at least one frontend or integration technology such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Heroku, or iPaaS solutions.
    • Strong ability to translate technical architecture into clear, non-technical business communication.
    • Nice to have experience with tools such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Segment, RudderStack, mParticle, or reverse ETL platforms like Hightouch or Census.
    • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, JSON, and event-driven architecture principles.
    • Experience with attribution, analytics, and marketing performance measurement is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Freelance engagement with flexible working arrangements.
      • Opportunity to work with globally recognized consumer, retail, sports, and media brands.
      • Exposure to advanced MarTech ecosystems and AI-driven customer experience transformation projects.
      • Remote-first collaboration model with international teams.
      • Access to continuous learning opportunities, training budgets, and upskilling in AI and modern architecture practices.
