About the role:
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Meta Creative Strategist to lead paid social creative strategy, concept development, creative testing, and content iteration across Meta advertising campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how creativity directly impacts advertising performance and can transform customer insights, product benefits, ad performance data, and testing results into high-performing concepts that drive growth.
You will work closely with media buyers, content creators, and creative teams to continuously improve creative performance and help scale customer acquisition through innovative and data-driven advertising strategies.
What you will do:
Develop Meta ad concepts, hooks, scripts, angles, and testing ideas
Create and iterate performance-focused advertising creatives
Build weekly creative testing plans based on campaign performance data
Analyze winning and underperforming creatives to identify repeatable patterns
Develop UGC briefs, shot lists, and creative direction for content teams
Recommend creative iterations based on performance signals and testing outcomes
Maintain a structured testing process across products, offers, audiences, formats, and creative angles
Collaborate closely with media buyers to improve campaign performance
Stay current on eCommerce creative trends, UGC formats, and paid social best practices
Contribute to creative strategy in AI-driven campaign environments
Requirements:
Proven experience developing high-performing Meta advertising creatives
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles
Experience working in eCommerce environments
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to balance brand consistency with performance objectives
Strong understanding of performance-driven creative strategy
Experience collaborating with media buying and marketing teams
Ability to analyze creative performance data and identify optimization opportunities
