This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing & GTM (AI-First) based in United States.
This role is designed for a modern marketing leader operating at the intersection of AI, product, and go-to-market strategy in a fast-evolving B2B environment. You will own how products are positioned, launched, and scaled in a market where AI is fundamentally reshaping customer behavior, demand generation, and category creation. The position requires a highly strategic yet hands-on leader who can define narratives, build systems, and drive measurable growth outcomes across multiple channels and audiences. You will work closely with executive leadership to shape market perception, influence product direction, and establish thought leadership in emerging AI-first workflows. This is a high-impact role where experimentation, speed, and originality are essential, and where you are expected to bring new frameworks rather than follow existing playbooks. You will help define not only how products are marketed, but how AI changes the entire discipline of marketing itself.
Accountabilities:
- Own company-wide messaging and positioning across products, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and consistency across all audiences and go-to-market motions.
- Develop and refine strategic narratives that translate complex AI capabilities into compelling customer value for executives, practitioners, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Lead product launch strategy and execution, including planning, storytelling, enablement, campaign development, and cross-functional coordination.
- Shape category creation efforts by defining market narratives around AI-enabled work, productivity, and enterprise transformation.
- Build and scale AI-driven go-to-market systems that improve experimentation, campaign effectiveness, and growth velocity.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop thought leadership content, keynote narratives, and industry positioning.
- Conduct deep competitive and market analysis to inform strategy, positioning, and product direction.
- Identify and operationalize repeatable growth loops across enterprise, self-serve, partnerships, and ecosystem channels.
- Continuously refine messaging and GTM strategy based on customer insights, market shifts, and performance data.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, strategy, or GTM leadership roles, ideally in high-growth or early-stage environments.
- Strong track record of building messaging and positioning frameworks that drive adoption, engagement, or revenue impact.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and narrative-building skills across technical and business audiences.
- Deep understanding of modern product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a bias toward execution and measurable outcomes.
- High curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools, workflows, or AI-driven marketing experimentation.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure, systems, and clarity in fast-moving environments.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without formal authority.
- MBA from a top-tier program is a plus but not required.
- Builder mindset with a strong preference for creating new frameworks rather than following existing playbooks.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $200,000 depending on experience and location.
- Fully remote global work flexibility, allowing you to work from where you are most effective.
- Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven product marketing and GTM innovation.
- High-growth environment with strong exposure to executive decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborative team culture with high talent density and strong technical leadership.
- Significant ownership over messaging, positioning, and category creation strategy.
- Environment designed for experimentation, learning, and building new AI-first marketing systems.
