You will be responsible for planning and optimizing paid media campaigns across major search and social platforms, with a strong focus on measurable growth and ROI.

Accountabilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), focusing on acquisition and ROI.
- Monitor and manage key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS, making real-time optimizations to improve results.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement and scaling.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative ad concepts, copy, and visual assets aligned with campaign goals.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting analysis, and competitor benchmarking to optimize campaign performance.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns using A/B testing methodologies and performance insights.
- Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, or paid media with proven campaign management results.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools for campaign optimization and reporting.
- Solid understanding of SEM, PPC strategies, and paid acquisition best practices across search and social channels.
- Experience conducting keyword research and competitive analysis using industry tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present insights clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
