This role is designed for a performance-driven digital marketer who thrives in fast-paced, data-oriented environments.
You will be responsible for planning and optimizing paid media campaigns across major search and social platforms, with a strong focus on measurable growth and ROI.
The position plays a key role in driving customer acquisition strategies for high-growth digital businesses operating across international markets.
You will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to build compelling ad experiences that convert audiences into customers.
A strong emphasis is placed on data analysis, continuous optimization, and real-time decision-making to maximize campaign performance.
You will also stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to improve paid media strategies.
This is a highly dynamic remote role ideal for marketers passionate about performance marketing and scalable growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), focusing on acquisition and ROI.
  • Monitor and manage key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS, making real-time optimizations to improve results.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement and scaling.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop creative ad concepts, copy, and visual assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting analysis, and competitor benchmarking to optimize campaign performance.
  • Continuously test and refine campaigns using A/B testing methodologies and performance insights.
  • Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to drive innovation.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, or paid media with proven campaign management results.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search and Performance Max) and Meta Ads platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools for campaign optimization and reporting.
    • Solid understanding of SEM, PPC strategies, and paid acquisition best practices across search and social channels.
    • Experience conducting keyword research and competitive analysis using industry tools.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present insights clearly.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
    • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
    • Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
