Jobgether · US

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a high-performing demand generation engine, driving measurable pipeline impact through data-driven paid media strategies across search, social, display, and video channels. You will own multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, with accountability for performance across the full B2B funnel, from awareness to revenue contribution. The environment is fast-paced, experimental, and highly analytical, with strong emphasis on testing, optimization, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with global marketing, creative, analytics, and SDR teams to turn insights into scalable growth. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking and execution go hand in hand, and where your work directly influences pipeline growth across the Americas and beyond. You will operate with a high degree of ownership while contributing to a broader global paid media strategy in a modern, AI-enabled marketing organization.

Accountabilities:

Own and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels, ensuring strong performance across awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation objectives.

  • Manage keyword strategy, bidding models, audience segmentation, and budget allocation across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Develop and test ad copy and creative briefs in collaboration with design and global campaign teams.
  • Build, optimize, and experiment with landing pages and conversion flows, including A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Own budget pacing, forecasting, and spend management across monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Partner with SDR and sales teams to improve funnel conversion and ensure alignment across demand generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and measurement frameworks, staying ahead of evolving privacy, attribution, and analytics changes.
  • Requirements:

3–4+ years of experience in paid media, ideally within a B2B SaaS or performance marketing environment.

    • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads platforms.
    • Strong understanding of bidding strategies including smart bidding, Performance Max, and value-based optimization.
    • Experience with HubSpot for landing page creation, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
    • Solid knowledge of analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus).
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect platform performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams including content, design, product marketing, and sales development.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations.
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with evolving priorities.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary with bonus and equity/RSU eligibility
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution
      • Flexible remote-first work environment within eligible regions
      • Paid time off, company holidays, and flexible scheduling
      • Paid parental leave and family support programs
      • Professional development budget and learning resources
      • Wellness programs and employee support benefits
      • Work stipend and tools to support remote productivity.
