[Job-30168] Marketing Events Junior Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Events Operations Analyst to support the execution of North America marketing events and executive engagement programs. Reporting this role will help coordinate event operations, help track expenses and procurement processes, maintain reporting, and support the successful delivery of conferences, executive events, and customer experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in event operations, project management, and marketing.

Responsibilities

Event Operations & Coordination
  • Support the planning and execution of North American conferences, executive dinners, customer events, roundtables, and hosted experiences.
  • Manage event logistics, including shipping, branded materials, signage, and giveaways.
  • Support onsite execution for strategic events as needed.

Project Management
  • Maintain event documentation, templates, operational playbooks, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate tasks across internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Budget & Procurement
  • Assist with purchase requisitions, contracts, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing.
  • Track and report event budgets and expenses.
  • Support procurement workflows and vendor payments.
  • Reconcile event expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain event dashboards and reporting.
  • Track registrations, attendance, executive meetings, and event KPIs.
  • Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries.
  • Analyze event performance and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.

Vendor & Agency Coordination
  • Coordinate with external agencies, venues, suppliers, and event vendors.
  • Support logistics for sponsored conferences, executive experiences, and hosted events.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, operations, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred
Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Event management platforms
  • Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira
  • Procurement and purchase order processes
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides
