This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Strategist (B2C Lead Generation) For a USA Client based in Brazil.

This is a performance-driven creative role focused on building and optimizing high-converting direct-response campaigns for B2C audiences.
You will be responsible for developing creative concepts that generate inbound leads and drive measurable call volume across paid social and digital channels.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy, copywriting, and performance marketing, requiring a strong ability to turn data insights into compelling creative execution.
You will write scripts, guide production, and iterate quickly based on campaign performance signals.
Working closely with media buyers, you will continuously refine creative output to maximize ROI and scaling potential.
This position is ideal for a fast-moving creative thinker who thrives in data-led environments and understands what makes ads convert.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and write high-performing video ad scripts for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV, with a strong focus on direct-response and lead generation outcomes.
  • Design creative concepts and campaign angles tailored to B2C audiences, optimizing for inbound leads and call-driven performance.
  • Provide creative direction during production, including shot lists and execution guidance to ensure alignment between concept and final output.
  • Collaborate closely with media buying teams to analyze performance data and iterate creative based on what drives conversions.
  • Continuously monitor competitor ads, market trends, and platform insights to identify new opportunities for creative testing.
  • Leverage AI tools where applicable to accelerate ideation, scripting, and creative iteration cycles.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role in B2C performance marketing, ideally focused on lead generation or direct-response campaigns.
    • Strong background in scriptwriting, creative concept development, and guiding video production for paid media.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable creative improvements.
    • Portfolio showcasing ads that generated measurable results such as leads, calls, or conversions.
    • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and how creative impacts campaign outcomes.
    • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms is a plus.
    • Highly iterative mindset with the ability to move quickly and optimize based on real-time data.
