Get to Know the Role
As Marketing Manager for GrabFood Singapore, you will lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market plans across our food delivery and omni-commerce businesses.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Head of Deliveries, you'll shape the marketing roadmap, allocate investments, and drive initiatives that grow usage, engagement, and brand preference. You'll lead a squad of marketers, turning business priorities into strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
The role spans three key growth pillars:
- Omni-Commerce: Drive growth for Grab Dine Out, establishing it as the go-to platform for dining discovery, reservations, and deals in Singapore.
- Food Authority: Build Grab's food discovery platform into one of Singapore's trusted guides for deciding what to eat and where to eat—helping consumers discover with confidence and merchants earn visibility and credibility.
- Deliveries Joint Business Partnerships (JBPs): Drive delivery demand through co-marketing partnerships with leading merchant brands, leveraging Grab Marketing Services to create growth opportunities for both Grab and our partners.
This role offers the opportunity to shape how millions of Singaporeans discover, order, and experience food, while building marketing platforms that drive both consumer engagement and merchant growth.
This role is fully on-site at Grab's One-North office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will translate priorities into marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. You'll develop creative briefs, identify growth opportunities, and lead initiatives from strategy through execution across Grab's food delivery and omni-commerce business.
- You will lead the evolution of Grab's food authority initiatives, helping consumers discover with confidence and helping merchants earn visibility and credibility. You'll develop programmes, campaigns, and experiences that strengthen Grab's role in influencing food decisions.
- You will work with Department leaders and Account Managers to identify growth opportunities, solve commercial challenges, and develop marketing initiatives that drive both immediate impact and sustained growth.
- You will bring together stakeholders across Product, Marketplace, PR, Creative, and Operations to deliver cohesive initiatives. You'll drive programmes, manage timelines, and ensure ideas translate into execution in market.
- You will provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to a team of marketers while fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Marketing Strategy (7+ years): You have led marketing initiatives from strategy through to execution in marketplaces, e-commerce, technology platforms, consumer apps, agencies, or brand/commercial roles. You can share examples of campaigns you have run and the business results they achieved.
- Programme Leadership: You have led complex initiatives across multiple teams. You know how to align stakeholders with different priorities, navigate unclear situations, and keep projects moving toward clear objectives.
- Commercial Partnership: You have worked directly with P&L owners or commercial stakeholders, using data and insights to identify growth opportunities and influence business decisions. You understand how marketing drives revenue, engagement, and competitive positioning.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: You have executed integrated marketing campaigns across OOH, social media, CRM, digital advertising, and in-app channels. You can explain which channels you select to drive awareness versus consideration versus conversions, and you have metrics that demonstrate the results.
- Team Development (2+ years): You have directly managed marketers, set strategic direction, and established accountability against specific growth targets. You can describe how you have coached team members and improved their output.
