Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social

This role sits at the heart of a high-performance digital marketing environment, focused on driving measurable growth for leading retail and eCommerce brands. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end paid media strategies across social and performance channels, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI and sustainable customer acquisition. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring deep expertise in lower-funnel marketing and data-driven optimization. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business objectives into scalable digital strategies. Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns focused on lower-funnel acquisition, retention, engagement, and retargeting strategies.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Display, and Paid Social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram).
- Monitor and improve campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
- Translate client business objectives and marketing goals into actionable digital media strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior marketing leads to define campaign strategy and deliver performance targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and market niches to improve campaign efficiency and scale performance outcomes.
- Advise and support clients on best practices in paid media execution and performance marketing strategy.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with strong exposure to paid media channels.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, as well as Display, Programmatic, YouTube, and Paid Social platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills and the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on insights, testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in client-facing roles with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of performance outcomes.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and retail marketing dynamics is a plus.
