Our Benelux Marketing team shapes how HelloFresh shows up in the lives of thousands of households across the Netherlands and Belgium. Social media and influencer marketing are among the most visible and creatively exciting ways we do that: it's where our brand comes to life and where we connect with people every single day.

As our Social Media & Influencers Intern, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the creation of content, managing our social channels, and building authentic influencer partnerships that inspire people to cook at home. You will be embedded in a dynamic team where your ideas, energy, and ownership directly shape how our brand is seen and felt online.

This is a paid internship designed to give you hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment, with structured guidance to support your learning and development. The internship is suitable for students or recent graduates whose educational requirements allow them to complete an internship during the proposed period. What you’ll do: The Recipe

  • Support creation and adapt engaging content that reflects the HelloFresh brand, bringing our recipes, products, and campaigns to life across social media channels.
  • Help manage HelloFresh's social media channels while staying on top of the latest social trends, platform updates, and content opportunities to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
  • Own the end-to-end project management of our micro influencer programme, from initial planning and briefing through to execution, content approvals, and post-campaign follow-up.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and co-branded collaborations with well-known Dutch and Belgian brands, working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders from kick-off through to publication.
  • Contribute fresh, on-trend ideas to creative briefings, helping shape the tone, look, and messaging of our influencer and brand content.
  • Collect and analyse campaign performance data against key KPIs, translating results into clear learnings and actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Spot opportunities and flag potential blockers early, bringing solutions to the table and supporting the broader marketing team wherever needed.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

  • You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an HBO/WO programme in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for social media and influencer culture: you know what's trending and you understand what makes content resonate with an audience.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
  • A proactive, creative mindset: you bring ideas, take initiative, and follow through with a sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, given the Benelux scope of this role.
