Mid Technical Writer

You will play a key part in standardizing processes across teams and ensuring consistency in how knowledge is created and maintained.
Working closely with technical, business, and operations stakeholders, you will help improve documentation practices at scale.
Your work will directly support efficiency, collaboration, and long-term organizational knowledge management.

Accountabilities:
- Review, rewrite, and standardize existing technical and operational documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across teams.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, manuals, and internal knowledge assets tailored to different technical and non-technical audiences.
- Organize and migrate documentation into centralized repositories (such as Office 365), ensuring accessibility and governance.
- Define and enforce documentation standards including structure, tone, formatting, and readability guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and subject-matter experts to accurately document workflows and systems.
- Improve knowledge discoverability by structuring content for long-term reuse and scalability.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a documentation-focused role within IT, software, or operational environments.
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, structured documentation.
- Solid knowledge of software lifecycle and operational processes (no coding required).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in cross-functional and Agile or structured team environments.
- Advanced proficiency with documentation and productivity tools such as Office 365.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with an independent working style.
