Head Of Marketing
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling a modern B2B SaaS marketing engine from the ground up.
You will own end-to-end demand generation with a direct link to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
The role operates in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where experimentation and execution speed are critical.
You will work closely with the CEO and product marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
A strong focus is placed on measurable performance across inbound channels, content, and paid acquisition.
This position is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in scaling systems, teams, and growth levers simultaneously.
Accountabilities:
- Own and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies focused on driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth across inbound and performance channels.
- Manage and optimize key marketing channels including LinkedIn, email, content marketing, paid campaigns, podcasts, YouTube, and community-led initiatives.
- Define and continuously refine messaging, positioning, website content, and landing pages to improve conversion and clarity across the funnel.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, ROI) and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities based on data insights.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and product marketing to align go-to-market execution, partnership initiatives, and revenue objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on growth, demand generation, and pipeline creation.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role owning or leading a marketing function.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact through inbound and performance marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, YouTube, G2, and paid media.
- Experience or exposure to partner marketing or partnerships-led growth models.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to test, iterate, and scale successful marketing initiatives.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, programs, or growth experiments is highly valued.
- Competitive salary range of $5,000 – $7,900 depending on experience
