As a Senior Integrated Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of impactful campaigns—turning strategy and creative ambition into clear plans and high-quality outcomes. Please note: This position is based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week from home.
Core Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated communication projects, ensuring clear scope, realistic plans, and delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards across channels (digital, social, video, print, experiential).
Own project planning and setup, including scope definition (co-owned with Business Partner), schedules, staffing forecasts, budgets, and risk identification—setting projects up for success from brief to kickoff.
Drive execution and flow, managing workflows, dependencies, and priorities across multidisciplinary teams and partners in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Actively manage scope, risks, and change, identifying issues early and working with partners to assess impact and define solutions.
Enable creative excellence through strong process, providing structure, clarity, and guardrails that allow creative teams to do their best work without unnecessary friction.
Maintain clear, proactive communication, ensuring alignment across project teams, business partners, leadership, and vendors through consistent updates and expectation management.
Close, learn, and improve, overseeing quality assurance, financial reconciliation, and project retrospectives to continuously improve delivery and ways of working.-

OLA is a full‑service, in‑house agency serving the LEGO Group, delivering integrated communication solutions across strategy, creative development, design, and production for campaigns, products, and brand initiatives.
Integrated Project Managers (IPMs) are the delivery backbone of OLA. Working in close partnership with Business Partners, IPMs translate business objectives and creative ambition into clear scope, realistic plans, and disciplined execution—owning end‑to‑end delivery to ensure work is delivered with creative excellence, on time, and on budget.
Do you have what it takes?
Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager in dynamic agency or integrated creative settings.
Proficient in project management software such as, or similar to, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Workfront.
Expert in end-to-end project management, including scope identification, planning, schedule management, resource forecasting, risk and issue mitigation, and delivery governance.
Skilled in developing estimates, managing budgets, tracking costs, and independently reconciling projects.
Adept at navigating complexity and change, confidently handling ambiguity and evolving scopes in fast-paced environments while ensuring momentum and quality delivery.
Maintains focus and clarity in high-pressure situations, making sound decisions with resilience.
Possesses a strong sense of ownership, practical problem-solving skills, and high standards for quality and delivery.
Exceptional ability to recognize and manage interdependencies across teams, tasks, and workflows.
Nice to have
Experience leading cross‑disciplinary agency teams.
Experience in creative agency operations with an understanding of agency workflows and standard processes.
