Sr Associate - Multimedia & e-Learning Developer

This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, visual storytelling, and digital content production, focused on building engaging and high-impact learning experiences.
You will transform complex training concepts into interactive, visually compelling eLearning modules that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
The role requires a strong blend of graphic design expertise and hands-on eLearning development capabilities.
You will work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced production environment, balancing creativity with delivery efficiency.
Your work will directly shape the quality and accessibility of internal and client-facing learning programs.
You will collaborate closely with L&D, instructional designers, and stakeholders to ensure learning content is both visually strong and instructionally effective.
This is a highly creative role where design, motion, and interactivity come together to build scalable digital learning experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Design and develop high-quality visual learning assets such as infographics, icons, illustrations, slide decks, and templates to support training initiatives.
- Build interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate, ensuring instructional effectiveness and user engagement.
- Own the full lifecycle of eLearning course development, from storyboarding and visual design to final deployment-ready modules.
- Create animations, motion graphics, and multimedia elements to enhance interactivity and learner experience.
- Ensure consistent UI/UX design principles across all learning content while maintaining brand alignment.
- Optimize courses for LMS compatibility, SCORM standards, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, creativity, and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and eLearning development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing eLearning modules, visual design work, and interactive learning assets.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) for design and motion graphics.
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles applied to learning experiences and digital content design.
- Knowledge of SCORM standards and LMS-based course deployment.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to simplify and structure complex information.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, multi-project environment with strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
