This role plays a key part in coordinating and driving the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream initiatives within a dynamic, client-focused environment. You will oversee project execution across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment between priorities, resources, and delivery timelines. Acting as both a strategic coordinator and hands-on leader, you will support cross-functional teams in achieving operational and technical objectives. The position involves close collaboration with other project managers, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements, system changes, and ongoing improvements. You will also serve as a mentor and escalation point, helping teams navigate challenges and maintain performance standards. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and service expectations.
- Manage multiple projects and programs of varying complexity across the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute system enhancements, modifications, and operational improvements
- Support smaller initiatives directly while contributing to the governance of larger, multi-stream programs
- Coordinate with other project managers to optimize resource allocation and balance capacity across initiatives
- Act as a team lead by mentoring team members, assigning work, and serving as an escalation point for delivery or personnel issues
- Partner with clients and business stakeholders to assess needs, manage demand, and implement continuous improvements
- Monitor performance against SLAs, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, with strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity
- Strong expertise in Waterfall project management methodology (required)
- Experience working in client–vendor environments and managing stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, with Microsoft Project Online (MSPO) experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $86,800 to $124,000 depending on experience and location
